At Omiwear, we want you to know what to expect after placing an order. Below you’ll find our shipping destinations, costs, estimated delivery times and tracking information.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing and Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery schedule is:

  • Order cutoff: 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.
  • Order processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping transit: 4–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–14 business days, including processing and transit.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather and other unexpected events may affect arrival dates. If your order has passed its estimated delivery window, contact info@omiwear.com.

Shipping Carriers

We use carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS to deliver orders. The carrier handling your shipment will be identified in your shipping confirmation or tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link in that email. If you need help accessing your tracking information, contact info@omiwear.com with your order number.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed or appears to be missing, email info@omiwear.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Policy Updates

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes will apply to orders placed on or after that date.
